The opportunity
The Chief Digital and Information Officer will lead the Department of Human Services' Digital, Data and Technology function.

Leadership scope and agenda
- Lead ICT applications, digital solutions, information security and cyber risk, technology governance and assurance, ICT operations, and data analytics and reporting.
- Modernize services, platforms, and ways of working and identify valuable uses for AI and emerging technology.
- Strengthen cybersecurity, resilience, and service continuity.
- Guide enterprise architecture and platform strategy, including oversight of Dynamics and Salesforce.
- Prioritize investment, manage technology costs, and maximize value.
- Unite a diverse workforce, empower senior leaders, and build strong relationships across the organization.
About you
- Established executive leader with experience in complex organizations.
- Experience may be from government, large enterprise, highly regulated industries, or similar stakeholder environments.
- Bring sufficient technology depth to guide and challenge specialist leaders.
- Connect people, strategy, investment, and technology; influence executives and lead organizational change.
