Our client is a well-established diversified group headquartered in Doha, Qatar, with a strong presence across multiple business sectors.
As the organisation continues its growth and transformation journey, it is seeking a strategic HR leader to strengthen its people agenda, enhance organisational capability, and build a high-performance culture across the group.
The Role
The Chief Human Resources Officer will lead the group’s overall human capital strategy, aligning people initiatives with the organisation’s long-term business objectives.
The role will oversee all HR functions, including organisational development, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning, and HR operations.
Working closely with the Group CEO and executive leadership team, the CHRO will drive organisational effectiveness, develop leadership capabilities, and ensure the business attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
The role will also lead HR transformation initiatives, modernise policies and systems, strengthen governance and compliance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all business units.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should possess significant executive-level HR leadership experience within large, diversified organisations or complex multi-business environments.
Proven expertise in developing and executing enterprise-wide people strategies, organisational transformation, talent management, and leadership development is essential.
Experience operating within the GCC, preferably Qatar, is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence executive decision-making while building a high-performing organisational culture.
A strategic mindset, executive presence, and the ability to lead change at scale are critical for success in this role.
