As we expand, we are seeking a visionary **Chief Global Officer (CGO)** to lead our global strategy and oversee international operations.
Role Overview
The **CGO** will be responsible for driving global expansion, managing international partnerships, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
This role requires strong leadership, cross-cultural expertise, and the ability to navigate complex global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s global strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee international operations, partnerships, and market entry initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international business standards.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive global growth and competitive advantage.
- Lead innovation initiatives in cross-border trade, sustainability, and global collaboration.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for international projects.
- Mentor and develop global teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities for new markets, partnerships, and global expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Global Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in global leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari regulations and international business practices.
- Proven track record of managing complex international operations successfully.
- Expertise in cross-cultural management, global strategy, and market expansion.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
