Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategies to support business goals.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
Manage relationships with investors, banks, and stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and grow the finance team to maximize efficiency.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce risk.
& Requirements
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and UAE regulations.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Professional certifications preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).
Experience
managing multi-million AED budgets and complex financial operations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders.
