  • Vacancy Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Dubai Operations | Augmont (A.) Ideal Candidate Requirement: (I) The primary focus of this role is Debt Financing, Banking Relationships, Working Capital Funding, Treasury Management, Trade Finance, and Capital Structuring. (II) A highly strategic, commercially driven, and execution-oriented finance leader who can take complete ownership of the finance function for our Dubai operations. (III) A candidate who has successfully raised and managed large debt facilities, negotiated banking arrangements, structured working capital financing, managed lender relationships. (IV) A candidate who has supported business expansion through effective capital planning and liquidity management. (V) Debt Financing, Banking Relationships, Working Capital Management, and Trade Finance experience will be the highest priority for this role,having strong exposure in:
  • Debt financing and fundraising
  • Debt structuring, refinancing, and debt management
  • Loan syndication and consortium banking
  • Banking relationships and lender management
  • Working capital financing and liquidity management
  • Treasury operations and cash flow optimization
  • Credit line management and banking facilities
  • Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantee (BG), and SBLC management

  • (C.) Role Overview We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function for our Dubai operations, with a strong focus on Debt Financing, Banking Relationships, Working Capital Management, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Capital Structuring. This role is primarily intended for finance leaders who have successfully raised and managed significant debt facilities, negotiated banking arrangements, structured working capital funding, managed LC/BG facilities, handled lender relationships, and supported business growth through effective capital planning and liquidity management. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with banks, financial institutions, lenders, and credit providers across domestic and international markets and should be capable of driving large-scale financing initiatives to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead debt financing initiatives across banks and financial institutions.
  • Structure and negotiate short-term and long-term borrowing arrangements.
  • Drive loan syndication, consortium banking, lender negotiations, and financial closures.
  • Manage debt restructuring, refinancing, and financing strategies.
  • Develop funding plans aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with banks, lenders, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • Lead treasury operations, liquidity planning, and cash flow optimization.
  • Manage banking facilities, credit lines, borrowing arrangements, and financing structures.
  • Drive working capital financing initiatives and optimize cash conversion cycles.
  • Manage cash credit, overdraft facilities, revolving credit facilities, and working capital limits.
  • Structure inventory financing, receivable financing, and trade funding solutions.
  • Oversee Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantee (BG), SBLC, and trade finance facilities.
  • Evaluate and structure import-export financing and cross-border banking arrangements.
  • Monitor utilization of banking limits and optimize financing costs.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor profitability, margins, KPIs, and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure activities.
  • Prepare MIS reports, board presentations, and financial statements.
  • Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Lead ERP transformation, process automation, and finance digitization initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership on strategic financial decisions and business expansion initiatives.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
