We operate with a centralized HQ in Riyadh and a distributed global execution model, designed for rapid expansion and disciplined growth.

We are now appointing a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to architect and lead the financial foundation of the company at a group level.

This is not a traditional CFO role.

This is a builder role — requiring strategic finance leadership, capital structuring expertise, and hands-on execution across a global organization.

You will design the financial engine that supports expansion, investor confidence, and disciplined capital allocation.

Build and lead the overall financial strategy of the company

Design scalable financial models aligned with long-term growth

Define capital allocation frameworks across all operations

Lead fundraising strategy (equity, structured finance, partnerships)

Build and manage relationships with global investors and capital partners

Develop investor materials, financial narratives, and data rooms

Establish financial systems, reporting standards, and internal controls

Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking

Design pricing strategies, revenue models, and unit economics

Drive financial discipline across all business lines

Support leadership in achieving sustainable growth and profitability

Implement financial risk frameworks across the organization

Oversee tax structuring, regulatory alignment, and audit readiness

Ensure financial integrity and governance standards

Act as a key partner to the CEO in strategic decisions

Evaluate expansion opportunities, partnerships, and investments

Support global scaling strategy across markets

Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in high-growth environments

Strong track record in fundraising and investor relations

Deep understanding of global financial structures and scaling operations

in SaaS, fintech, or platform-based models is a strong advantage

Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from zero

Strategic mindset with strong execution capability

Meaningful equity ownership in a global company
