With a strong commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and financial integrity, we are seeking a visionary **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to lead our financial strategy and drive sustainable growth.
Role Overview
The **CFO** will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, developing long-term financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with Qatari regulations and international standards.
This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with executive management to guide the company’s financial future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee accounting, treasury, and financial reporting functions.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on growth initiatives and risk management.
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Drive process improvements and implement advanced financial systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification strongly preferred.
- 12–15 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate finance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record in financial strategy, risk management, and capital planning.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
