As we expand, we are seeking a visionary **Chief Fashion Officer (CFO)** to lead our creative direction, oversee design strategy, and drive global brand growth.
Role Overview
The **CFO** will be responsible for shaping the company’s fashion vision, managing design teams, and ensuring Q Denim LLC remains at the forefront of style and innovation.
This role requires strong leadership, creative expertise, and the ability to align fashion initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s fashion and design strategy.
- Oversee product development, seasonal collections, and brand identity.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international fashion standards.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to align creative initiatives with organizational goals.
- Lead innovation in sustainable fashion, digital design, and customer engagement.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for design projects.
- Mentor and develop creative teams to achieve excellence in fashion design.
- Identify opportunities for new collections, collaborations, and market expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in fashion leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari fashion market and international industry trends.
- Proven track record of leading successful fashion collections and brand growth.
- Expertise in denim design, sustainable fashion, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and creative vision skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
