This is a rare opportunity for a true operator and growth strategist.
About the Role
The CEO will own the full strategic and operational leadership of a fast-scaling global platform at the intersection of ultra-luxury hospitality, travel, and technology.
You will define the vision, build the executive team, and drive the company's growth across international markets all while serving as the brand's most visible ambassador.
Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute long-term strategy and global growth roadmap
- Lead platform positioning and luxury brand development
- Oversee and close capital raising rounds (VC / private equity)
Operations
- Build, attract, and lead a world-class executive team
- Ensure impeccable, high-end service standards across all touchpoints
- Oversee platform development roadmap alongside the product team
Growth & Expansion
- Secure key partnerships, properties, and strategic agreements globally
- Drive brand positioning and market presence in ultra-luxury segments
- Monitor the competitive landscape and identify whitespace opportunities
Financial Leadership
- Own full P&L performance and financial planning
- Manage investor and board relations with clarity and confidence
- Ensure compliance, governance standards, and regulatory alignment
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of executive leadership within luxury hospitality, elite lifestyle brands, or high-growth travel technology
- Previous Experience as a CEO
- Proven track record scaling startups, raising venture capital or equity, and managing multi-million-dollar budgets
- Strong global network in luxury markets — Europe, Middle East, Americas, and/or Asia
- Brand builder, you understand what makes a luxury brand magnetic and aspirational
- Executive-level English communication, both written and verbal; additional languages a plus
- MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution preferred
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, high-growth startup environments
- Impeccable executive presence, you are the face of the brand
