A leading multinational is appointing a CEO with full commercial and operational responsibility across GCC markets.

Requirements
- At least ten years at Chief Executive, Managing Director, General Manager, or Country Manager level, with direct commercial growth ownership.
- Full P&L ownership and command of financial flows and performance metrics.
- Background in building materials or adjacent industrial fields.
- Substantial experience developing and managing commercial operations across GCC markets.
- Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams at scale and a record of measurable strategy execution.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capability with customers, partners, institutional stakeholders, industry players, and government-linked entities.
- Experience in a Group structure, with governance and transparent reporting to Headquarters.
- Familiarity with Group reporting standards across accounting, taxation, management control, and ESG.
- Exposure to digital transformation and rollout of software and management tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial and operational performance across GCC markets and own the P&L.
- Set commercial strategy, expand into new markets, and drive measurable execution.
- Lead the local management team within Group governance and report to Headquarters.
- Build relationships and negotiate with strategic customers, business partners, institutional stakeholders, and industry players.
- Maintain structured governance and transparent reporting on strategy, results, and challenges.
