Lead and manage all engineering and maintenance operations across the hotel.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal asset performance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, environmental, and local regulatory requirements.

Manage departmental budgets, maintenance contracts, and capital expenditure projects.

Oversee utilities, energy conservation, and sustainability initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Coordinate renovations, repairs, and engineering projects with minimal disruption to guests.

Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team to achieve high performance and service standards.

Collaborate with other departments to support daily operations and enhance the guest experience.
