Job Summary

Education And Experience

• Minimum of 8-years’ experience in Projects with a minimum of 3 years in the UAE.
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Project Management / Civil engineering/ Technical Field
• Scope and Position
• Strong project management skills and leadership.
• Strong customer focus/perspective and relationship skills.
• Strong commitment for team success.
• Demonstrated skills in effective budget and scheduling management.
• Overlook contract documents and review them.
• Be able to interpret drawings from all trades
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• DWG and CAD proficient
• Excellent administrative skills

Core Competencies

• Rigorous engineering standards to coordinate MEP, Civil engineering, HVAC and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong design management with capabilities in spatial planning, material selection and aesthetic quality control.
• Guardian of the project design incorporating commercial stewardship, contractual oversite and risk mitigation.
• Understands and coordinates government approvals as well as Fire Life and Safety rules and regulations.
• Drives and executes projects identifying potential bottlenecks in logistics and operational activities before they become an issue

• Actively listens and uses appropriate communication styles to deliver complex information in a clear concise way. Ideally the candidate is capable to speak additional languages best suited to this region.

Maintaining Engineering Standards

• Helps ensure regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards
• Ensures compliance with all Engineering departmental policies, standards and procedures.
• Ensures all employees have the proper supplies, equipment, uniforms and PPE.
