Chief Engineer

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, pull up to 70 pounds.
• Must be able to push, bend, stoop, reach overhead, and perform manual tasks with dexterity.
• Ability to hear, write, and type as necessary.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel maintenance operations and systems.
• In-depth understanding of applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
• HVAC EPA certification is a plus.
• Strong mathematical and computer skills, including proficiency with relevant software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or relevant training preferred. Additional education is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain required licenses or certifications in a timely manner.
• CPR certification required; first aid certification preferred.
• Additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Occasional travel may be required.
