About the Rol
eAs Head of the Unit, the Chief Economic Adviser is the principal economic voice to senior leadership.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of directorate heads, integrate diverse streams of analysis into clear, decision-ready recommendations, and serve as the institution's most senior authority on economic strategy, policy, and risk

Qualifications & Experie
- nceAdvanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Economics, Public Policy, Finance, or a closely related fie
- ld.15+ years of senior experience in economic policy, advisory, central banking, international financial institutions, or equivalent leadership rol
- es.Demonstrated track record of advising decision-makers at the highest lev
- el.Deep command of macroeconomics, public finance, and development economics, with proven cross-sector judgeme
- nt.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and building or reforming institutions is a strong advanta
- ge.
