Job Summary:
HappyEasyGo Travel & Technology WLL is seeking an innovative and customer-focused Chief Digital Travel Experience Officer to lead digital transformation and user experience strategy in Doha. This executive role offers the opportunity to shape end-to-end digital travel journeys, enhance customer engagement, and drive growth across digital platforms. What you'll do:

• Lead digital strategy and customer experience across web, mobile, and travel platforms
• Oversee product development, UX/UI design, and digital innovation initiatives
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital channels
• Analyze user behavior, data insights, and performance metrics to optimize experience
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless journeys
• Implement personalization, automation, and AI-driven customer experiences
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Manage partnerships with technology vendors and digital service providers
• Define and track KPIs related to digital growth and user experience
• Build and lead high-performing digital, product, and UX teams

Requirements:

• Experience in digital leadership, product management, or UX within travel or technology sectors
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer journeys, and user experience design
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and large-scale digital initiatives
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
• Leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field
