We are looking for Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

Responsibilities

• Design and manage compliance program to ensure regulatory adherence across jurisdictions.
• Monitor regulatory changes, conduct compliance training, and manage audits/investigations.
• Implement policies, controls, and reporting mechanisms; liaise with regulators.
• Coordinate with legal, risk, and business units to remediate compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in law, finance, or related field; JD or compliance certifications (e.g., CRCM) preferred.
• 8–15+ years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal roles with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws/regulations and compliance program design.

Typical Metrics

• Number of compliance incidents, remediation timelines, audit findings, regulatory fines, training completion rates.

Experience Level

• Senior executive; reports to CEO, General Counsel, or CRO depending on organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED600.20 - AED1,200.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
