As we expand, we are seeking a visionary **Chief Automotive Officer (CAO)** to lead our automotive strategy, oversee operations, and drive innovation across all business units.
Role Overview
The **CAO** will be responsible for managing the company’s automotive operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and alignment with strategic goals.
This role requires strong leadership, industry expertise, and the ability to foster a culture of excellence across sales, service, and fleet management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s automotive strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee vehicle sales, fleet management, and after-sales services.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive growth and competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari automotive regulations and international standards.
- Lead innovation initiatives in electric vehicles, sustainable mobility, and smart fleet solutions.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for automotive operations.
- Mentor and develop teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities for new products, services, and market expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in automotive leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari automotive regulations and international industry standards.
- Proven track record of leading automotive operations and driving business growth.
- Expertise in fleet management, vehicle sales, and emerging automotive technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
