About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a strategic technology leader to head our Data Department and elevate our analytical platform to the next level.
In this role, you will lead a team of Data Engineers and Analysts (including the finance unit), drive AI integration, and spearhead data automation for key business functions, including Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and scale the Data Engineering and Analytics units (including financial analytics).
- DWH Strategy & Architecture: Oversee the architectural development, scaling, and maintenance of the company s DWH.
- AI Transformation: Implement AI-driven solutions to optimize DE pipelines and automate analytical processes within the crypto domain.
- Marketing Automation: Build end-to-end analytics and automate attribution, segmentation, and data-driven marketing campaign optimization.
- Data Visualization & Governance: Expand the reporting ecosystem using Apache Superset and establish high standards for Data Governance.
Tech Stack
- Storage: ClickHouse.
- Orchestration & Transformation: Airflow, dbt.
- BI: Apache Superset.
- AI/ML: To be defined by you (we expect your expertise in selecting the best tools and approaches for DE and Analytics).
