Chief AI Officer

The Chief AI Officer (CAIO) will lead Brikito’s AI vision, strategy, architecture, and execution, transforming the platform into a multi-agent AI-powered construction operating system.

The role is responsible for designing and overseeing intelligent AI agents, training domain-specific AI models, integrating multimodal AI capabilities across documents, drawings, schedules, and project communications, and ensuring AI is deeply embedded into every workflow within the platform.

The CAIO will drive the development of Brick AI as the central intelligence layer that converts unstructured construction data into actionable insights, automated workflows, and real-time decision support.

Define and execute Brikito’s overall AI strategy, roadmap, and long-term AI vision.

2.

Design and oversee a multi-agent AI ecosystem, including Task Agents, Ticket Agents, Inquiry Agents, Document Agents, Drawing Agents, Progress Tracking Agents, and the central Brick AI Orchestrator.

3.

Lead the development, training, fine-tuning, and continuous improvement of domain-specific AI and LLM models for construction intelligence.

4.

Build AI systems capable of understanding and reasoning over drawings, schedules, DPRs, BOQs, contracts, estimates, reports, and project documentation.

5.

Develop multimodal AI capabilities that seamlessly process text, voice, images, documents, and engineering drawings.

6.

Create AI-driven workflow automation that converts conversations and field inputs into structured tasks, tickets, inquiries, approvals, and progress updates.

7.

Establish the Brick AI intelligence layer that provides project insights, predictive analytics, risk identification, schedule recovery recommendations, and decision support.

8.

Ensure scalability, reliability, governance, explainability, and performance of all AI systems deployed across the platform.

9.

Lead and mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and machine learning teams while fostering a culture of AI innovation.

10.

Continuously identify emerging AI technologies, models, frameworks, and opportunities that can strengthen Brikito’s position as an AI-first construction technology platform.
