About the Role
Advance Medical is seeking a strategic and results-oriented
Chief Accountant
to lead and enhance our financial operations.
This position is ideal for a highly analytical professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for driving financial excellence.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
Technical Expertise
- Strong experience with ERP systems
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Leadership Skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the full accounting cycle and ensure timely and accurate financial closings
- Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting leveraging CMA expertise
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
- Support senior management with financial insights and strategic planning
