About The Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to lead our finance operations within the dynamic energy sector.
The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, impeccable banking and audit skills, and complete end-to-end financial management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing processes, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with external auditors, handle and oversee all financial audits up to finalization.
- Manage banking operations, treasury functions, and expertly handle Letters of Credit (LCs), guarantees, and trade finance.
- Manage VAT, CT and other compliance requirements.
- Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, annual budgets, and cash flow projections to support business decisions.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure full compliance with all local UAE financial regulations.
