We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Chemistry Expert to work on a contractor basis.
This role involves applying expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
No prior experience in AI is required, as the domain knowledge in chemistry is what matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex scientific documents, datasets, and research papers related to chemistry to provide high-quality input for AI training.
- Develop, review, and refine high-quality questions and answers that challenge and expand AI understanding in the field of chemistry.
- Apply analytical techniques to assess and extract key insights from provided materials, ensuring scientific rigor and clarity in content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific validity and coherence in content creation.
- Interface with documents, datasets, and research papers to provide expert review and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven expertise in chemistry, including strong knowledge of chemical principles, processes, and applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex scientific documents and datasets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality content that meets the needs of AI training.
- Experience with scientific document analysis, data interpretation, and research skills is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
