Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Geology, or a closely related field and five (5) years of related experience or a Master’s degree plus three (3) years of related experience. Experience must include Two (2) years of:
- PCP (Product Creation Process);
- DOE techniques and features;
- Concrete Admixtures Formulation;
- Product Specification creation;
- QC for Production and for Customers;
- Concrete and cement chemistry;
- Concrete testing including slump, air, Setting times, compressive strengths;
- Analytical instruments, including HPLC, FTIR, and wet methods like titration;
- MDG-M code creation process knowledge;
- SAP system knowledge.
