Chemical Process Engineer

Guide and support shift managers to maintain smooth production flow and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Prepare detailed production reports and technical analyses to identify issues and improve efficiency and product quality.

Supervise critical production processes including raw material melting, centrifuge operations, binder mixing, and flue gas handling.

Coordinate with process and quality teams to follow approved procedures and adjust production parameters when required.

Ensure all production activities are carried out according to established standards, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, efficiency, and process performance.

Monitor daily plant operations and assist in resolving technical challenges on the production floor.

Maintain accurate documentation related to production activities, process updates, and operational reports.

Collaborate with maintenance and technical teams to minimize downtime and support uninterrupted production operations.

University degree in Chemistry or a related technical field.

Good working knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP systems.

Previous experience in a similar production or industrial role will be considered an advantage.

Strong sense of responsibility with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic production environment.
