Job description

• **Menu Development:** Creating and testing new recipes, including plated desserts, cakes, and pastries.
• **Production:** Preparing a variety of baked goods while ensuring quality, consistency, and artistic presentation.
• **Inventory Management:** Monitoring, ordering, and maintaining stock of ingredients and equipment.
• **Operations & Safety:** Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations.
• **Leadership:** Training and supervising assistant pastry chefs and kitchen helpers.
• **Client Service:** Meeting with clients to discuss custom orders for special
• **Experience:** 2–4+ years of experience in a professional kitchen or bakery setting.
• **Technical Skills:** In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, pastry decoration, chocolate tempering, and sugar work.
• **Physical Ability:** Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy, in some cases up to 55 pounds.
• **Soft Skills:** Creativity, attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
