Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chef De Partie role located in Riyadh.
The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that adhere to the restaurant's standards, maintaining kitchen hygiene and organization, and assisting in menu development.
Daily responsibilities include coordinating food preparation activities, supervising junior staff, and ensuring that food safety regulations are strictly followed.
The role also involves participating in team meetings and maintaining smooth communication with kitchen colleagues to ensure a seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills, including experience with diverse recipes and cuisines
- Proficiency in Culinary Skills and techniques with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
- Knowledge of and adherence to Hygiene and food safety regulations
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and management
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a high-end or fine dining setting
- Culinary diploma or equivalent training is preferred but not mandatory
- Passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to excellence
