Prepare, cook, and present hot kitchen dishes to consistent quality standards and approved plating specifications.
Organize and manage the hot kitchen station during service, ensuring ingredients are ready and dishes are prepared promptly.
Supervise junior chefs, guide them, and develop their skills on the job.
Cover for the chef in charge and manage the section independently during their absence or leave.
Follow standardized recipes and approved plating instructions for each dish.
Suggest new dishes and improve existing recipes in coordination with the chef in charge.
Monitor ingredient usage, contribute to food cost control, and minimize waste.
Maintain a clean workstation and comply with food safety requirements and HACCP standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and consistent dish quality.

Ability to prepare and present hot kitchen dishes to consistent quality standards.
Proficiency in grilled dishes, sauces, and Western and Middle Eastern cuisine.
Ability to manage the hot kitchen station efficiently during service.
Ability to supervise, guide, and develop junior chefs.
Ability to work independently and perform effectively under service pressure.

Ability to contribute to menu development and improve recipes.
