  • Your responsibilities include:
  • Managing daily operations within the pastry section.
  • Preparing and presenting desserts for all F&B outlets.
  • Training and guiding team members in pastry techniques and standards.
  • Maintaining hygiene and safety compliance across all stations.
  • Applying modern pastry trends and creative ideas to delight our guests.
  • What you’ll bring
  • Creativity, precision and a passion for pastry.
  • Experience in a high-quality restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
  • Knowledge of current pastry trends and ability to apply them.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence.
  • Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
