- Your responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations within the pastry section.
- Preparing and presenting desserts for all F&B outlets.
- Training and guiding team members in pastry techniques and standards.
- Maintaining hygiene and safety compliance across all stations.
- Applying modern pastry trends and creative ideas to delight our guests.
- What you’ll bring
- Creativity, precision and a passion for pastry.
- Experience in a high-quality restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
- Knowledge of current pastry trends and ability to apply them.
- Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence.
- Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
