We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Chef de Partie** to join our growing culinary team and help us deliver exceptional healthy meals to thousands of clients across Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality healthy meals according to standardized recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, presentation, and nutritional standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
- Supervise and support junior kitchen staff during daily operations.
- Monitor food quality, stock levels, and minimize kitchen waste.
- Ensure timely production to meet subscription, retail, and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Nutrition Team to execute menus accurately.
- Assist in developing new healthy recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Follow HACCP and food safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of experience** as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Experience in healthy cuisine, meal preparation, hotels, catering, or high-volume kitchens is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
- Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
