• We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Chef de Partie – Burger** to join our culinary team.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in crafting high-quality burgers, handling premium ingredients, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. **Key Responsibilities:*** Prepare and cook a variety of burgers (smash, grilled, specialty) to brand standards
• Ensure consistency in seasoning, temperature, and presentation
• Supervise and support commis chefs during daily operations
• Handle mise-en-place, patty preparation, toppings, sauces, and assembly
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and ingredient rotation
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen workflow
• **Qualifications & Requirements:*** Proven experience as a **CDP in burger concepts or casual dining kitchens**
• Strong knowledge of burger preparation, grilling techniques, and sauce production
• Ability to handle high-volume production while maintaining quality
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
