Responsibilities
- Create and refine a menu highlighting traditional and contemporary Greek cuisine.
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff to maintain smooth operation and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Control inventory, sourcing premium ingredients characteristic of authentic Greek flavors.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
