This individual will be the culinary face of the restaurant—someone with an engaging personality, confidence in front of the camera, and the ability to connect with guests both in person and through social media.

The ideal candidate blends exceptional culinary expertise with leadership, creativity, and a passion for Mediterranean flavors, bringing together influences from Italian, Greek, and French cuisines.
