About the role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced South Indian Chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have a deep knowledge of authentic South Indian cuisine and be able to prepare a wide variety of traditional dishes with consistency and quality.
Key responsibilities
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes including dosa, idli, sambhar, rasam, uttapam, vada, appam, biryani, curries, chutneys, and moreManage kitchen operations including food prep, cooking, plating, and cleanlinessMaintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all timesMonitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate with the procurement teamTrain and guide kitchen assistants and junior staffEnsure timely preparation and delivery of meals for catering and restaurant serviceRequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a South ChefStrong expertise in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Andhra cuisinesKnowledge of traditional spice blends, cooking methods, and regional variationsFood safety and hygiene certification (preferred)Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environmentValid UAE residence visa or NOC (preferred)What we offerCompetitive salaryAccommodation providedAir ticket allowanceMedical insuranceHow to apply
