Job Description
We are looking for a professional Catering Chef specialized in Syrian and Lebanese cuisine, with strong experience in catering operations, event preparation, kitchen organization, and inventory management.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling catering orders efficiently while maintaining high food quality and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Syrian and Lebanese dishes with high quality standards.
Manage and organize daily catering orders and special events.
Supervise buffet setups, food presentation, and catering arrangements.
Ensure all catering orders are prepared and delivered on time.
Monitor kitchen stock and inventory items on a daily basis.
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
Follow up on item updates, purchasing needs, and stock availability.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Supervise and support kitchen staff during operations.
Minimize waste and improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
Proven experience in Syrian and Lebanese cuisine.
Strong background in catering and event operations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a kitchen team.
Experience
in inventory control and stock management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
GCC or Qatar experience is preferred.
