About This Role
**Location:** Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef with experience in Bakery and Pastry operations to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Candidates with hands-on experience in croissant and laminated dough production will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily bakery and pastry production
- Prepare breads, pastries, desserts, and baked items as per standards
- Handle croissant and laminated dough preparation (preferred skill)
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Support senior chefs in inventory control and production planning
- Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in Bakery/Pastry section as Commis I
- Knowledge of bakery production and pastry preparation
- Croissant making and laminated dough experience is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
