Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef / Kitchen Team Member who has strong kitchen experience and excellent customer service skills.
The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing high-quality food while creating a welcoming and positive experience for customers in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Assist in stock monitoring and kitchen organization
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Interact with customers professionally and provide excellent service when needed
- Support both kitchen and front-of-house operations when required
- Follow company procedures and UAE food safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in kitchen or restaurant operations
- Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen workflow
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and professionalism
- Flexible, responsible, and willing to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in casual dining or startup restaurant concepts
- Knowledge of pizza preparation is an advantage
- Ability to multitask between kitchen and customer interaction
