Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop operations efficiently
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff
- Deliver excellent customer service and product recommendations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Maintain product quality, freshness, and visual merchandising standards
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
- Prepare sales reports and monitor store performance
- Coordinate with suppliers and management when needed
