Job Description
- Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role.
- Hours of work:
- Sunday - Thursday - 4:00pm - 12:30am
- Often serving as the last point of contact, you'll be helping our customers through our self checkouts.
- Whether it providing them with speedy service or helping them pack their bags.
- You'll have the patience and resilience to handle even the most challenging situations easily, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
- As a mobile member of the team, you'll be quick on your feet, guiding customers to the next available checkout and responding to their needs with precision and efficiency.
- You'll also be an integral part in assisting our loss prevention team, bringing concerns to their attention and ensuring the area is always customer-ready, with bags stocked and areas tidy.

Qualifications
He kōrero mōu ake - About you
Having experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial, but it's not essential.
Good communication skills are essential, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn is a must.
Additionally, you should be comfortable standing for long periods.
