Chauffeur Driver

About the Role

Primary Duties

• Meet and greet VIP guests in a courteous and professional manner upon arrival and departure at the facility or any requested location.
• Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness before every trip.
• Maintain the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior.
• Ensure complete discretion and confidentiality while transporting VIP guests and private families.
• Maintain excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards at all times.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, landmarks, and traffic regulations.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, including tire condition, servicing, and repairs.
• Ensure vehicles are always in sound running condition and coordinate minor repairs when necessary.
• Keep track of vehicle insurance renewals and registration validity.
• Update monthly mileage records and maintain daily vehicle logbooks.
• Ensure vehicles always have sufficient fuel for operational requirements.
• Report any vehicle-related issues promptly to the Team Leader for maintenance and repair coordination.
• Drive staff and visitors to meetings and business locations when required.
• Support business units with transportation and mail/document deliveries as needed.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Valid unrestricted UAE driving license is essential.
• Previous VIP chauffeur experience is highly desirable.
• RTA driving background, training certification, or good knowledge of RTA regulations and standards is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
• Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
