Qualifications
- Hours are M-F 7A.M. - 3:30 P.M. Hours may change due to business needs.
- This position will be a part of the FTA pool.
- This position is subject to Federal Transit Administration random and pre-employment drug testing requirements. This roll will be subject to on-going random drug and alcohol testing.
- Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with chassis products
Responsibilities
- To be successful in this role the following is preferred:
- Significant relevant technician experience; qualified to perform work on most or all of products in-scope for a technician at this location; frequently engaged in complex diagnosis and repair; requires minimal to no supervision; ability to effectively train and guide less experienced technicians of varying skillsets. Education, Licenses, Certifications: Apprentice Trained Technician (Preferred). Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution. Locally valid driving permit The ability to obtain a CDL may be required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
