Job Summary
- Handling various vendors and reconciling data before making payment of their service charges
- Maintaining monthly compliance related records and reports for various countries
- Auditing/controlling/reviewing of all the expenses for the group before payment takes place
- Ensuring monthly books closing for all the entities across locations
- Preparing cash and bank balance position to do a proper planning to minimize cash at across location
- Developing controls for all the locations
- Assist in developing business processes to capture financial data required for proper accounting and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
- Setup chart of accounts in a way that takes into consideration short-term and long-term goals of reporting (short term goal is financial reporting; medium term goal is managerial accounting)
- Assist management in setting up accounting processes to maintain proper tax book keeping and filing
- Reconciliation of data between our system and vendor’s system
- Prepare monthly management reports like profitability, cash flows, reconciliations etc
- Ensure proper tax filing as per management’s instructions
- Ensuring in providing necessary documents to the UAE banks for the timely crediting the fund inflows in the account
Preference
- Ready to travel on need basis (not frequently)
- Hardworking, teamwork, high attention to details
- Joining as soon as possible
- Working in BPO industry like Genpact/Accenture
- 1 candidate who is already based in Dubai and preferably working in a consulting firm
- Good in Microsoft excel and able to handle bulky data
