Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and support business processes across **asset management and investment operations** .
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and support system enhancements.
• Manage and optimize workflows related to **trade lifecycle management** across various asset classes and markets.
• Ensure effective integration and alignment between internal systems and third-party vendors.

Domain Expertise

• Strong experience in:
• + **Asset Management systems (preferably CRD / Charles River Development)**
• + **Portfolio Management and Investment Operations**
• Coverage of asset classes including:
• + Equity
• + Fixed Income
• + Derivatives
• + Mutual Funds

Mandatory System & Functional Experience

• **CRD / Charles River modules** , including:
• + Trade Blotter and end-to-end trade workflows
• + Manager Workbench

+ Complex Account Group Management

• **Risk & Analytics** :
• + Risk attribution and analysis
• + Integration with third-party risk providers (e.g., MSCI)
• + Factor model implementation and data integration
• + Identification and resolution of data gaps between vendor and client systems
• **Portfolio & Investment Functions** :
• + Scenario Analysis
• + Asset Allocation

+ Cash Flow Forecasting

• + IBOR (Investment Book of Record)
• **Corporate Actions** :
• + End-to-end corporate action workflows and processing
• **Compliance** :
• + Investment compliance
• + Hands-on experience with **CRD Compliance module**
• Good to Have
• Experience with:
• + **MS SQL Server**
• + Database querying and data analysis
