About The Role
We're hiring a Sales Manager – On Trade to own and grow our on-trade business across the UAE, spanning both licensed and unlicensed outlets — hotels, bars, restaurants, cafés, and lifestyle venues.
This is a full P&L role: you'll set the strategy for the channel, build and lead a team, win new business, and grow our most important accounts.
It's a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-growth channel in a category that's only getting bigger.
What You'Ll Do
- Own the P&L for the on-trade channel, with full accountability for revenue, margin, and growth targets across the UAE.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and coaching for results.
- Drive new business across licensed and unlicensed outlets, identifying and converting opportunities in hotels, restaurants, bars, and cafés.
- Grow and deepen key accounts, building strong relationships with operators, buyers, and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute the channel strategy, including pricing, promotions, listings, and activation plans.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure profitable, sustainable partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver on-trade execution and visibility.
- Track performance, report on KPIs, and adapt the plan based on market and competitor insight.
- What you'll bring
- Proven sales management experience in the on-trade / HORECA channel, ideally in beverages, FMCG, or hospitality within the UAE or wider GCC.
- A strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue and margin targets, with genuine P&L ownership.
- Experience building and leading sales teams.
- A solid existing network across UAE on-trade outlets (hotels, F&B groups, hospitality operators) is a significant advantage.
- Commercial acumen — comfortable with pricing, negotiation, and managing profitability, not just top-line sales.
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-growing business.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the Emirates.

- Knowledge of or passion for the non-alcoholic drinks category.
