Uniestate Properties LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Executive with a strong background in Dubai real estate sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our projects, managing client and broker relationships, conducting property presentations, and guiding customers through the sales and reservation process.

Your Role
- As a Channel Sales Executive, you will:
- Promote and sell Uniestate Properties' real estate projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and real estate brokers.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and negotiations to close sales.
- Manage reservations, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Provide clients with market insights, payment plan information, and investment advice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in the Dubai market.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of brokers, investors, and property buyers.
Knowledge & Expertise
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
