We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected
Channel Relations Manager
to strengthen and expand our network of brokerage partners.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the UAE real estate development sector and established relationships with leading brokerage firms.
This role is key to driving sales through strategic channel partnerships and ensuring strong engagement with our broker network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokerage firms across the UAE.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners to expand the company's broker network.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, ensuring timely communication and support.
- Plan and execute broker engagement initiatives, including networking events, project launches, roadshows, and training sessions.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize project visibility and broker participation.
- Monitor broker performance and implement strategies to increase sales through channel partners.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure brokers are well-informed about project updates, pricing, payment plans, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of broker interactions and partnership activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 3 - 4 years of experience
- in Channel Relations, Business Development, or Broker Management within a
- UAE real estate developer
- .
- Strong existing relationships with leading UAE brokerage firms.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve partnership and sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
