Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented
Channel Operations Manager (Distribution)
to manage and optimize our ICT distribution channels in the UAE.
You will play a key role in executing channel strategies, strengthening partner relationships, and driving operational excellence to achieve business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage operational strategies to optimize channel performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, enhance their performance, and resolve operational challenges.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and partner performance to provide actionable insights and improve channel efficiency.
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams for seamless execution of channel initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and prepare timely reports.
Mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel operations, sales operations, or partner management (ICT industry experience is highly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data and develop strategic plans.
- Excellent business writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and BI tools.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Preferred
- Knowledge of Huawei products and solutions.
- Mandarin / Chinese language skills
