  • 🎯 The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Channel Manager to develop, manage, and grow our partner network.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening relationships with distributors, resellers, referral partners, and strategic alliances while driving channel performance and business growth.
  • πŸš€ Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute channel partner strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, distributors, and resellers
  • Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Drive channel sales growth by supporting partners with enablement, training, and resources
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop partner-focused initiatives
  • Monitor channel performance, sales metrics, and revenue targets
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and market expansion strategies
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with channel partners
  • Prepare forecasts, reports, and recommendations for leadership regarding channel performance
  • βœ… Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in channel management, partner management, business development, sales, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing partner ecosystems or strategic alliances preferred
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
