Key Responsibilities
Manage release planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
Ensure proper change governance and CAB approvals
Coordinate release execution across application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams
Support deployment validation and post-release monitoring
Coordinate rollback activities when required
Maintain release calendars and deployment documentation
Communicate release status, risks, and dependencies
Prepare release reports and KPI dashboards
Drive release process improvements and automation initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in Change & Release Management
Experience with ITIL, ITSM, and DevOps coordination
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment governance
Experience managing enterprise release cycles
Strong stakeholder and operational coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
ITIL Foundation certification is preferred
Experience in managed services and enterprise environments
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD operational processes
