Change Manager
Role Overview
TISTA is seeking a Change Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Supply Chain Management DevSecOps program.
This role will lead organizational change management, user adoption, and training strategies supporting VA supply chain and logistics modernization initiatives.
The Change Manager will partner with VA stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to assess change impacts, build stakeholder readiness, develop communications and training strategies, and support successful adoption of new systems, processes, and workflows.

Certifications:
Prosci Change Management Certification or ACMP Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or one obtained within 12 months of hire.
SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or one obtained within 12 months of hire.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Instructional Design, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Clearance:
Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Background Investigation; ability to obtain a VA PIV credential.
Location:
- Rockville, MD / Remote (CONUS).
- Up to 25% CONUS travel.
- Pay Range:
- The suggested pay for this position ranges from $130,546 to $152,875.
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
- Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
