Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Change Management Senior Specialist.

Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and monitoring change management strategies for business transformation initiatives.

The role involves providing training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes or systems.

Collaboration with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and enable smooth transitions will be key.

Analytical assessments and the creation of actionable insights will also be at the core of the role.

Required Responsibilities And Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management and change management.
  • Proven experience in leading organizational change initiatives with a strong understanding of change management principles.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (such as Kotter’s 8-Step Process and COBIT) and relevant software tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure DevOps).
  • Solid experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), IT infrastructure, and system integrations.
  • Experience in the financial services sector or other regulated industries.
  • Relevant professional certifications (such as CCMP, PMP, ITIL, PROSCI, Scrum Master/Agile certifications).
  • Ability to effectively engage with personnel at all levels within the Capital Market Authority, as well as program stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong skills in developing policies and procedures and ensuring all changes comply with them.
  • Ability to prepare impact assessment models and change implementation plans and ensure their proper execution.
  • Capability to oversee change request release processes, ensuring each step is implemented according to the plan and providing support when needed.
  • Ability to manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and related processes.
  • Experience with cybersecurity requirements related to change requests and the ability to coordinate with relevant teams.
  • Experience with risk management and business continuity requirements for change requests and the ability to manage them with relevant teams.
